Fabrication

Sunny Corner Enterprises Inc. began fabricating components to support our Construction group in August 1980 at an existing facility near our Dalton Avenue office. As our construction business grew into new markets over the next decade the requirement of specialized fabrication services also grew laying the ground work and plans to establish a new facility. In 1992 we opened our current facility at 636 Water Street in Miramichi East. This facility has grown over the past 2 decades providing Sunny Corner Enterprises Inc. with a reputation as a respected Industry leader, delivering quality products to a large cross section of clients on time and on budget.

Initially a 22500 sq. ft. facility with 20,000 sq. ft. of the area dedicated to fabrication. In 1994 the company added a 3700 sq. ft. blast and paint shop and in 2011 we added an additional 3400 sq. ft. of painting space to better suit our needs as well as an expanding business of blasting and coating to service ever growing client requirements.

Our fabrication shop is utilized for quick set-up and turnaround opportunities in projects such as piping systems both large and small bore piping projects. Additionally we fabricate pressure vessels, tanks, structural fabrication, catwalks and platforms, material handling systems, utility modules, stacks, precipitators, electrical modules, process & piping modules. Many of our skilled trades carry 20 plus years' experience in these projects delivering value to the customer that reaches beyond the dollars creating value in Quality, Safety & Productivity.

Over the years we have been a progressive company in fabrication moving into such sectors as Nuclear, Offshore Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petro Chemical, Mining, Pulp & Paper, General Construction as well as many others. In 2011 Sunny Corner Fabrication successfully branched out into Manufacturing Services providing the mining sector with exploration drill rigs. The combination of fabrication and assembly activities are shared between the fabrication shop on Water Street and our new Assembly Centre located at 170 Walsh Avenue in Miramichi NB.
